The main objectives of this curriculum are to produce graduates who should have the following abilities.
- Analyze design problems, synthesize the various elements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understand the needs of the clients, users and the society at large so as to be able to cater for them.
- Produce appropriate and imaginative solutions that are functionally good, technically sound, economically feasible, environmentally safe, aesthetically pleasing and at the same time totally sustainable.
- Understand the legal, environmental and moral impacts and implications of their actions on the users.
Study the society and identify opportunities for job creation even at the periods of depression.
