Design and development of an innovative gari-frying workstation, comprising ergonomic chair, lifting/loading device and ergonomically-enhanced frying surface with tools, as the Principal Investigator, in conjunction with the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi (FIIRO),  to be replicated by the local fabricators and disseminated to the rural dwellers/small-scale gari-frying women population.                                                                                                 2011-2013
